The second day was focused on thematic projects and strategic cooperation. The agenda took place at “Žuta kuća” and proceeded with an overview of the meeting’s objectives. Participants discussed about the cooperation with thematic projects for a synergic transfer strategy, while operationalizing a portfolio of services and creating a cooperation map.
The meeting was focused on the Policy Interactive Session as well, a dialogue with thematic projects on key results and outputs, and the process of linking them to specific policies and legislative frameworks. Each project highlighted relevant policies, identified gaps, and suggested areas for support. Additionally, the “Communication Empowerment Plan” included an analysis of communication channels and setting a joint strategy for greater impact. As conclusion participants talked about next steps, future actions, and upcoming events.
